I'm from Los Angeles and there is no such thing as a diner. Wow, the food was great, the service great. We were a large party and everyone got their order together, hot and timely! The amount of food is enormous. There is nothing like this in Cali and I wish there were! Thanks Three Star!

It has been a long time since I ate at Three Star. Good breakfast...very good specials. Food was adequate, as was the service. HUGE improvement since my last visit!

There is one waitress in this restaurant who is horrible. Her name is Yolanda. She takes your order, brings the food and disappears.She never follows up and takes the orders of the new people coming in. This happened several times. The other servers are good, especially Michael and the older Julio.

waiter wanted to charge for ice? cheap with refills. wanted to charge for a refill too. manager did not help. one bad waiter can ruin a diner. I have 50 friends who work with me. Was it worth it. wanted eggs scrambled and idiot waiter kept sayong hatd eggs only? Customer never right. Sad. Lifes too short

A local diner on ave u. Been going there for over 30 years. Food is served fresh and hot service is just as good will continue to go there.

One of the best diners in Brooklyn in terms of service and fair prices. The food is good but nothing fancy or trendy. The owner & staff are always very friendly.

An old fashioned Greek owned diner with a clientele that mostly looks like the residents of a south Florida nursing home. Rolling walkers and canes abound among its customers. Three Star features an extensive but somewhat pricey menu of barely edible food. This is a throwback to a long lost era of yesteryear Brooklyn. Nostalgia is nice but there is a reason most of these types of establishments have gone the way of the dodo bird.

Great service!!! The food was hot and fresh. I really like this restaurant. A lot of menu choices. High end dishes available. Seafood available. I ordered the super cheeseburger off the brunch menu and it was a great value. The service is better than most restaurants. I felt like i was treated like royalty. Very classy place. I would give this place 100 stars.

As their name implies i would say a solid 3-3.5 star diner. I have had very good food here when eating in and taking out but their delivery isn’t so great and their seafood for delivery should also be avoided. Their staff is very nice and their service is very good.

Great u can watch Fox on TV and President Trump. I can wear my MAGA cap. Many Tump supporters . Anti Congressman Nadler voters from the neighborhoods, who say he is a dumb jerk who should read the Constitution and do what the Trump Villagers elected him to do, not to harass the Pres.

I love going to diners and I was pretty excited when I found out this one was close to my apartment. The hostess allowed me to pick where I wanted to sit but, apparently this place was littered with locals and the seat I chose was, unfortunately, a local's seat. The guy proceeds to sit across from me and talk nonstop by himself until I got up and left. The service itself was a bit slow. It took over 10 minutes to get a menu and after another 10 minutes, I had to flag someone down to place an order. I placed my order for scrambled eggs with fries and toast. After I got my order, no one checked in if I needed more water or anything.  Halfway through eating, the guy dropped the check and walked away. I didn't even get to tell him I wanted to order some pancakes. The food itself was pretty on par with other diners but, the service well -- kinda sucks. I am starting to notice a trend with Brooklyn diners in this area.

i was ordering for a elderly friend that cant walk there, just letting everyone know the online menu pricing is almost half the real price, for example, a bacon cheeseburger deluxe is $11.50+tax and NOT ~$7.50 as posted. The shrimp on a bun is $16 and NOT $9 as posted. The lady on the phone laughed and said ok....

Overpriced menu for basic diner food.

This restaurant has been around for as long as I can remember. Although I don't live in Brooklyn where I was born and raised(10 minutes from the restaurant), its where I want to go when I come to Brooklyn and visit my older brother They make a good Reuben sandwich and burgers either one of which I gravitate to each time I go. I have never been disappointed with other menu items, i've tried too such as their Chicken Marsala.Their waiter/waitress staff are pleasant and engaging and they make you feel like you are having a home cooked meal.

What a great place and great food $15 for entrees with potato and vegetable and soup or Salad unbelievable
